Silver
This package is for a part time business owner. We classify transactions from debit & credit cards, so you know where your money is going. We reconcile the accounts to make sure nothing is missed. You also receive quarterly profit & loss and Balance Sheet Statements, so you can maximize your profit opportunities. One time set up fee of $99 applies.
Gold
Our most popular plan is perfect for small businesses. It includes everything in the silver Bookkeeping package PLUS Accounts Receivable (send invoices to customers), Accounts Payable (pay vendor bills), tracking payments to 1099 subcontractors, and filing sales tax returns. We also provide Year End Services to make sure everything is wrapped up and ready to go for tax time. One time setup fee of $159 applies.
Platinum
This package is for the well established business owner. This package includes everything from the Gold Bookkeeping level. It offers purchase orders, inventory tracking, job costing, and class & location tracking. We also take care of your CAT tax and Unclaimed Funds returns. We know you want more detailed and frequent reports to get the information to grow your business, and we’ve got them ready when you need them. Don’t forget your budget, we help with that too. A one time set up fee of $249 applies.
